Very nice staff and helpful. Beware if you are a from out of county customer because they will charge you an extra $20 (since 2013) fee. $20 seems a little ridiculous to me but we were there and no line so I paid it. You also have to pay cash or by check.
Wichita dmv has long long lines. Andover was getting to be the same way. We may try Derby next time or just pay the extra $20 for a quick and friendly process up in Newton.
Lady who works there, is unfriendly and borderline rude. We have been there 3 times now...1st time my daughter flunked eye exam, but went to eye Dr and had 20/20. $75 and a trip there wasted! Another time, sat there an hour b4 she finally asked what we were there for and then said she doesn't test after 11...why she couldn't tell us when we walked in?? Computers Down, she needs her lunch @ 11:45, after waiting 45 min she tells us she's leaving for lunch!!! Unprofessional and needs a course knowing how customer service works!! She's only one who works there, hispanic, glasses and rude!!
Not buisy all the time like andover and wichita. I like it
