I was shocked to see any bad reviews written about Passion for Pets. I take my little rescue shih tzu (Kalli) there for all of her grooming and have never had an issue. They are always extremely inviting and remember Kalli every time I bring her in. Today they even fit her in the schedule when there were no appointments left. I appreciate them and they seem to really care about Kalli. Not to mention, she always looks fabulous when I go to pick her up! The employees that work there really seem to enjoy their jobs and love animals. My dog is my life and a huge part of my family so believe me when I say that I wouldn't take her there if I didn't believe she was in good hands.
Easy in and out friendly staff
Great staff. They love what they do. Plus they have goodies and stuff for your pets.
I believe there's a new pet groomer but the previous groomer terrified me. My dog was always cut up. The store is alright.
They always do a good job with my Scottie. I know he's really hard to handle and HATES getting his nails trimmed. That's the whole reason I take him somewhere instead of doing it myself. I've sat there and watched them groom him (without them knowing I was there or that I was his owner) and they treated him really well. He always looks like the scottie from Lady and the Tramp when they're done.
