Called them out for a relatively simple job. I was given a 6 hour window in which they might show up and the guy on the phone was very rude when I asked him to narrow that down. Nobody called once they were on their way so they ended up having to come twice. Guy who came in to do the work was extremely rude. They also provided no quote and went straight to work without a word without me realizing it at first and it was a hassle to find out how much and when we would be billed. Work was done and has held up so far is the only reason they are getting 2 stars.
Sucks! Made an appointment for a repair, time came but no one showed up. Called and they made it sound like it was my fault, that I didn't make an appointment! If I hadn't made the appointment, why the heck would I call them to say no one showed up??? Won't ever contact them or Ace Hardware again.
Graber's just installed a new heating/AC unit a few weeks ago. Worked great. Late yesterday afternoon it stopped running - just in time for the first really hot days of the June. I called at 8:00 this morning not really expecting anyone to be able to come out the same day. George, one of their service guys came out during his lunch hour to take a look. He quickly identified the what was going on which which was a very minor problem and fixed it. He said they were slammed with service calls. Kudos to him for coming during his lunch hour to fix our AC.

I have used Grabers on 3 jobs sofar. Not only did they do what they said they would, but they have never overcharged me like Denny's did. They also went above and beyond when they installed our hot water tank. Not only was it $400 cheaper than Denny's, but the installation was a much better, more professional job. They clean up after themselves, are 100% respectful and polite and professional. I have been nothing but impressed. I am getting ready to call them to go work on my rental now. I trust them completely.
